a) A typing error: The address may have been mis-typed in the LIS Links or the wrong case used within the address.
b) The page no longer exists: The page may have been deleted or may now be in a different location.
c) There may be restricted access to the page: Some of the pages may go to the restricted access area for the outside world. The pages may only be accessible from the organization/ institutions computers.
